When you make an online donation to Goreeb & Yateem, you will receive an email confirmation receipt for your donation, along with a postal receipt and our project booklet. Occasionally, we may include a Dua Book with the postal receipt and information about upcoming events.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices of donation items listed on our website are accurate at the time the information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to refuse donations if there is an error in the published item information, including prices and promotions.
We offer a 28-day no-questions-asked refund policy, starting from the date of your donation. If you contact us after this 28-day period, we may need to conduct further inquiries regarding your donation. If you have a monthly direct debit and wish to change the project you are supporting, we will be happy to assist you.
If you request a refund within the 28-day window, we will refund the full amount of your donation. Please note that refunds may not be processed using the same payment method originally used for the donation. We will require you to provide full identification (e.g., driving license or passport) and your bank details.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations under these conditions if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Goreeb & Yateem Trust Fund is a registered charity in the UK with registration number 1122271.
